This program is designed for chancellors, vice-chancellors, president’s, vice presidents, deans, security directors, campus safety / police, and school safety committee members. This is a highly effective program which is designed to greatly enhance the safety and security for your school. The following topics covered are as follows:

• Legal and liability / Title 9
• Case studies
• Developing a school safety team
• Physical vulnerability assessments, using the CPTED model
• Developing / updating a comprehensive emergency action and response plan
• Preventative measures
• Assembling a student threat assessment team
• Conducting staff training

• Drills and documentation
• Managing the critical incident as it unfolds
• Incident Command System NIMS/SEMS
• Developing a reunification plan for the needs of your campus
• Managing the post critical incident
• Public information spokesperson / release of information
• Group exercises
• Tabletop exercises

​Cost: $275 per student, which includes all materials and more. We offer discounts for multiple students that enroll from one school/district.
